The top three most expensive listings to hit each of the tri-county real estate markets — Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach — over the past week ranged from $5.9 million to $17 million, according to Zillow data. Broward had the priciest property and a home in Miami-Dade was on the low end.

The listing says the home’s duplex lot is one of the few remaining in the area, giving potential buyers the opportunity to build a sprawling estate. Otherwise, the 5,595-square-foot home, built in 1955, could be renovated. As it stands now, the home has a covered pool, tile and carpet floors, gas cooking appliances and a three-car garage.
