The seller was Parker Family Limited Partnership 2004, led by Jeffrey P. Parker. That entity had purchased the property in 2005 for $6.3 million, records show.
The waterfront home, located at 1330 North Ocean Boulevard, features 5 bedrooms, six full baths, one half-bath and a pool, boat dock and boat lift.
